茂業國際(00848.HK)預計，截至2023年12月31日止年淨虧損介乎約6,000萬元至1.3億元人民幣(下同)之間，剔除於聯營公司投資計提的減值損失後對淨利潤的影響約1.5億元，錄得淨利潤約為2,000萬元至9,000萬元之間。而2022年度錄得淨利潤為2.05億元。集團指，2023年度錄得淨虧損主要原因為計提於聯營公司投資減值準備的影響和北站拆遷的影響。
