Mr. Zhang Hanhui applied to resign as general manager of the company due to personal reasons. After his resignation, Mr. Zhang Hanhui continued to serve as a director of the company and a member of the special committee of the board of directors.

Following the nomination of the chairman of the company and review by the nomination committee of the board of directors, the company held the 56th meeting of the 9th board of directors on February 7, 2024 to review and pass the “Proposal on the Appointment of the Company's General Manager” and agreed to appoint Ms. Liu Yu as the company's general manager. The term of office begins on the date of review and approval by the board of directors and ends on the date of expiration of the 9th board of directors.
