According to the Zhitong Finance App, Accor Holdings (03313) announced that the conditions set out in the subscription agreement have been met and the subscription matters have been completed on February 6, 2024.

The Company has allotted and issued 61.72 million subscribed shares to the subscribing party (an independent third party), accounting for approximately 6.25% of the company's issued share capital on the date of this announcement immediately after the subscription was completed. The net proceeds from the subscription were approximately HK$12.24 million.
