The total capital for repurchasing shares is not less than RMB 30 million (inclusive) and not more than RMB 60 million (inclusive). The repurchase price of shares is not higher than 150% of the average trading price of the company's shares in the 30 trading days before the board of directors passed the share repurchase resolution. The repurchase of shares is used for equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans.
