(referred to as “Running Song”), a holding subsidiary of the company, held by the minority shareholder Songzi Nengliang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Nengliang New Materials”). After the transaction was completed, the company's shareholding ratio of Nengliang New Materials increased from 51% to 75.5%. Nengliang New Materials is still a holding subsidiary of the company, and the scope of the company's consolidated statements will not change.
