三达膜将于2月28日召开股东大会，审议新增募投项目等议案

金融界2月5日消息，三达膜发布公告，将于2024年2月28日召开第2次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为2月22日，当日收市后持有三达膜股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：福建省厦门市集美区锦亭北路66号三达科技园办公楼三层。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于新增募投项目的议案》

2、《关于增加2024年度日常关联交易额度预计的议案》。
