(002325.SZ) announced that Liu Nianxin, the controlling shareholder of the company, signed a “Share Transfer Framework Agreement” with Shenzhen Zhaojin Metal Online Trading Co., Ltd. (“Shenzhen Zhaojin Metal”) and the company on January 31, 2024. Shenzhen Zhaojin Metals and Hainan Zhaojin Mining will jointly transfer 804.51 million shares of the company's controlling shareholder Liu Nianxin, accounting for 4.58% of the company's total share capital, at a price of 21.5% per share. If the implementation of this share transfer is completed, the actual controller of the company will be changed to Ouyang Yong.
