仁德资源主要股东香港潮商集团出售4000万股公司股份

仁德资源（08125）公布，公司主要股东香港潮商集团有限公司于2024年1月31日-2月1日期间于公开市场出售合共4000万股公司股份，占于本公告日期公司已发行股本约21.26%。

于出售事项后及于本公告日期，潮商持有1546.592万股股份，占公司已发行股本约8.22%，因此，潮商不再为公司主要股东。
