Glonghui, Feb. 1 | Landsea Green Management (00106.HK) announced that on January 8, 2024 (New York time), Landsea Homes (a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), sellers Tommy Mc Aden, Lisa Mc Aden and Mc Aden Enterprises, Inc. and target company Antares Acquisition, LLC entered into this agreement, according to which Landsea Homes conditionally agreed to purchase, and the seller conditionally agreed to sell All issued share capital interests in the target company.

After delivery, the target company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Landsea Homes, and its results will be recorded in the consolidated accounts of the company's performance.

The target company is a limited company incorporated in Texas, USA. The target company is a private builder in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, focusing on specification strategies, targeting entry-level and upgraded products. The Group is mainly engaged in real estate development and sales in China and the US, providing project development and management services, and office real estate investments. The acquisition enabled the company to strategically expand its brand to the Dallas/Fort Worth area and strengthen its share in the US affordable premium housing market.

The company has applied to the Stock Exchange to resume trading of shares starting at 9:00 a.m. on February 2, 2024 (Friday).
