Gelonghui, Feb. 1: Beijing Holdings Environmental Group (00154.HK) announced that due to changes in work arrangements, Ke Jian proposed to resign as the chairman of the board of directors and executive director of the company, and will no longer serve as the chairman of the company's nomination committee and a member of the remuneration committee. The effective date is February 1, 2024.

On the same day, it was announced that (1) Chen Xinguo, the current executive director and CEO of the company, was appointed as the chairman of the board of directors, the chairman of the company's nomination committee, and a member of the remuneration committee; and (2) Li Ai was appointed as the company's executive director and vice president. The effective date is February 1, 2024.
