This incentive plan grants a total of 11.52 million restricted shares, accounting for 8.00% of the company's total share capital when the incentive plan was announced. Among them, 10.42 million shares were granted for the first time, accounting for 7.24% of the company's total share capital at the time the incentive plan was announced, accounting for 90.45% of the total restricted shares granted under the incentive plan; 1.1 million shares were reserved, accounting for 0.76% of the company's total share capital when the incentive plan was announced, and 9.55% of the total restricted stock granted under this incentive plan.

The grant price for restricted shares granted for the first time and reserved under this incentive plan is 10.07 yuan/share.

This incentive plan initially grants incentives to no more than 74 people, including company directors, senior management, and other core employees of the company (including subsidiaries), excluding independent directors and supervisors of the company.

The maximum period of validity of this incentive plan is not more than 48 months from the date the restricted shares are first granted to the target of the incentive until all restricted shares granted to the incentive object are owned or terminated and expire.
