The lease contract was signed between Party A (Company or subsidiary) and Party B (Tongda Group's subsidiary, including but not limited to Tongda (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd.).

In order to improve the company's asset utilization rate and enhance the company's overall profitability, the company decided to sign a “Lease Contract” with Party B to rent a total of 16,668 square meters of plant on the second, third, fourth, and sixth floors of “No. 2-2 Dingshan North Road, Haicang District, No. 2-2, Dingshan North Road, Haicang District” to Party B for a period of one year, from February 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025, the total contract rent is 3,850,308.00 yuan, including tax; according to the monthly electricity bill, according to water and water charges; The actual amount of water and electricity generated is billed in installments, no Set a fixed unit price and calculate the actual amount accrued.
