The main reason for the change in the company's 2023 performance compared to the same period last year: the company's main customers, government agencies, institutions, state-owned enterprises, etc. reduced capital budgets; capital advances were heavy, and the current project cycle was extended. The company's projected performance for 2023 has taken into account the impact of impairment preparations for long-term assets such as goodwill.
