Net profit loss attributable to shareholders of listed companies during the reporting period was RMB 800,000 to RMB 12,000,000, with a loss of RMB 687.091 million for the same period last year; net profit loss after deducting non-recurring profit and loss of RMB 73.0 million to 77.0 million yuan, and a loss of 115.3328 million yuan for the same period last year.

During the reporting period, Sichuan Kangdesai Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Kangdesai”), the company's former holding subsidiary, implemented equity incentives in the form of capital increases, and the company and other Kangdesai shareholders relinquished priority subscription rights. Meanwhile, Ding Ping, the legal representative and shareholder of Condesay, terminated the agreed action relationship with the company regarding Condesay. The above matters together led to the company losing control over Condesse and therefore no longer included in the scope of the company's consolidated statements.

According to the results of the first instance judgment in the purchase and sale contract dispute between the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Chongqing Laimei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Changchun Haiyue Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., preliminary accounting by the company's financial department confirmed non-operating expenses of 51.7616 million yuan, which affected the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was approximately -43.9974 million yuan.
