According to Zhitong Finance App, Zhonghui Group (00382) issued an announcement. On January 29, 2024, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary signed a loan agreement with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, as the lender. The final maturity date is June 15, 2031 for a loan with a principal amount equivalent to RMB 100 million.

According to reports, IFC is the world's largest development agency, focusing on developing the private sector in emerging markets. IFC operates in more than 100 countries and uses its capital, expertise and influence to create markets and opportunities in developing countries.
