The Stock Exchange Listing Committee has ordered (among others): (1) Liu Xiaoying, Wang Yu, Luo Zhenkun and Lao Weixin to complete 24-hour training on regulatory and legal issues (including compliance with the Stock Exchange's securities listing rules); and (2) if Bao Kangrong, Lin Wenjie and Zheng Yongsheng are to be re-appointed as directors in the future, the prerequisites are to complete training on regulatory and legal issues (including compliance with listing rules) (Bao Kangrong and Lin Wenjie: 24 hours each; Zheng Yongsheng: 18 hours () collectively referred to as “training instructions”).

The company confirmed that all relevant directors had fully complied with the training instructions and provided the Exchange with written proof of full compliance with the training instructions.
