According to the Zhitong Finance App, Tianzhou Culture (300148.SZ) disclosed the 2023 annual results forecast. The company expects a net loss attributable to shareholders of listed companies of 55 million yuan to 75 million yuan; a net loss of 63 million yuan to 83.5 million yuan after deducting non-recurring profit and loss.

According to the announcement, the company's losses in 2023 are expected to be drastically reduced year-on-year, mainly due to the company preparing 215 million yuan for impairment of goodwill resulting from acquisitions in 2022.
