《大行報告》瑞銀升長建(01038.HK)目標價至51元 英國資產正面

瑞銀發表報告，對長江基建(01038.HK)的英國資產持正面看法，維持其「買入」評級，目標價由48元上調至51元，相當於預測今年市賬率1倍，2023至2025年各年盈測分別上調4%、4%及1%，以反映匯兌因素較預期有利。根據英國天然氣及電力市場監管機構OFGEM上月公布的價格管制文件，預期資產回報率(ROA)有潛力由3%提升到介乎4.2%至4.3%。

自上月中旬英國宣布監管重置以來，長建股價表現較恒指跑贏16%，長建有近半數純利貢獻來自英國。
