Net profit loss attributable to shareholders of listed companies during the reporting period was 35 million yuan to 70 million yuan, profit of 30.3548 million yuan for the same period last year; net profit loss after deducting non-recurring profit and loss of 45 million yuan to 80 million yuan, profit of 20.0895 million yuan for the same period last year; basic earnings loss per share was 0.0486 yuan/share - 0.0972 yuan/share.

During the reporting period, the company continued to advance the investment and construction of the heterojunction HJT production line base, laid out research on heterojunction and perovskite laminated batteries, and expanded new energy businesses such as photovoltaics, green power development and construction, charging and switching services, and product manufacturing, with remarkable business growth. Increase talent introduction, adjust and optimize traditional manufacturing sector business, speed up the company's light, storage, charging/exchange linkage layout, and improve the “new energy+intelligent manufacturing” two-wheel drive strategy. In the process of transformation and adjustment, business performance in the traditional manufacturing sector declined, processing lawsuits that continued for many years, and phased management expenses increased. Currently, the heterogeneous HJT production line invested by the company is still mainly investment-based and has not yet formed performance support. Performance contributions such as project operation and the continuous increase in the scale of green power development will be gradually released in the later stages.
