Net profit loss attributable to shareholders of listed companies during the reporting period was 16 million yuan to 30 million yuan, profit of 1655,531 million yuan for the same period last year; net profit loss of 30.5 million yuan to 44.5 million yuan after deducting non-recurring profit and loss, profit of 151.0329 million yuan for the same period last year; basic earnings loss per share was 0.0245 yuan/share — 0.0459 yuan/share.

The main reason for the loss in performance: (1) In 2023, the company was affected by the market environment and the cyclicality of the industry. Revenue declined year-on-year due to market factors such as the gradual removal of inventory in chip industry terminals and the gradual return of rare gas prices from previous highs; for some other products, the company's performance declined year-on-year during the reporting period due to fluctuating crude oil prices, weak market demand and falling sales prices. (2) The company implemented the 2022 equity incentive plan in November 2022. The equity incentive fee confirmed by the company in 2023 increased compared to the same period, leading to a year-on-year decline in the company's performance during the reporting period.

According to preliminary estimates, the company estimates that the impact of non-recurring profit and loss included in current profit and loss on net profit in 2023 is about 13 million yuan to 15 million yuan.
