The company expects to achieve net profit attributable to owners of the parent company in 2023 of 20 million yuan to 240 million yuan. Compared with the same period last year, it will decrease by 27.87 million yuan to increase by 12.13 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 12.23% to an increase of 5.32%.

The current period was affected by a decrease in rental income due to international logistics expropriation, an increase in financial expenses, and the receipt of dividends from Zheshang Bank. Shaoxing China Textile City International Logistics Center Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company in the previous period, received housing eviction compensation. This portion of the proceeds was included in asset disposal income, and none in the current period.
