According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zhuohang Holdings (01865) issued an announcement that Changqing (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited (Changqing) has resigned as the company's auditor with effect from January 22, 2024.

Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the board of directors of the company has decided to appoint Kaiyuan Sindh Certified Public Accountants Limited (Kaiyuan Sindh) as the company's auditor with effect from January 22, 2024 to fill the temporary vacancy after Changqing's resignation, and to serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
