According to the Zhitong Finance App, Qunxing Toys (002575.SZ) announced that Suzhou Yisheng Wanwu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (“Yisheng Wanwu”), a subsidiary of the company, plans to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Hangzhou Turing Engine Technology Co., Ltd. (“Turing Engine”) through a cash investment, with a capital increase of RMB 90 million. After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital of Turing Engine will be changed from RMB 10 million to RMB 100 million.

According to reports, Turing Engine is mainly engaged in software and hardware services related to artificial intelligence applications, data processing and storage support, digital technology services, etc., including but not limited to computing power support, AI technology application, and R&D.
