SBI Shinsei Bank, Ltd. and LIXIL, Inc. signed a business alliance agreement today with the aim of popularizing housing equipped with ZEH and solar power generation facilities to realize a decarbonized society.
Going forward, around 2024/4, SBI Shinsei Bank plans to give preferential mortgage interest rates to ZEH houses that are newly built using “built” provided by LIXIL TEPCO Smart Partners Co., Ltd. *1. Furthermore, details such as preferential treatment will be announced as soon as they are decided.
(*1) LIXIL TEPCO Smart Partners (https://www.lixiltepco-sp.co.jp/) is a joint venture established by LIXIL and TEPCO Energy Partners for the purpose of promoting the spread of ZEH without putting a burden on the environment.

◆ Overview of the construction

Instead of receiving the surplus electricity sales revenue from the customer's home from LIXIL TEPCO Smart Partners, the loan payment burden for the solar power generation system purchased by the customer is “actually 0 yen.”

By using building materials and equipment with high environmental performance, such as insulation and energy saving, LIXIL TEPCO Smart Partners not only reduces power consumption, but also provides electricity cheaply. Your monthly electricity bill can be drastically reduced.
