青岛控股（00499）公布，安永会计师事务所已辞任该公司的核数师，由2024年1月19日起生效，原因为该公司与安永未能就2023财政年度的核数费用达成共识。
董事会进一步宣布，经审核委员会推荐，其已决议委任香港立信德豪会计师事务所有限公司为该公司的新核数师，自2024年1月19日起生效，以填补安永辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束。
