On January 19, Gelonghui Technology (300477.SZ) announced that in order to reduce related transactions, avoid the transfer of benefits, optimize the shareholding structure of the target company Hunan Yacheng New Energy Co., Ltd. (“Hunan Yacheng”), and enhance control over the target company, Helios, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to transfer 4.43% of Hunan Yacheng's shares to Nanjing Aggregate. Helios transferred 24,990,000 shares of Hunan Yacheng shares held by Nanjing Huaju for 577.626 million yuan, accounting for 4.43% of Hunan Yacheng's total share capital. The source of funds for the transaction was Helios's own or self-raised funds. After the transaction is completed, Helios's shareholding ratio in Hunan Yacheng will change from 62.07% to 66.50%.
