Gelonghui, January 17丨Sanhui Electric (002857.SZ) announced the 2024 employee stock ownership plan (draft). The number of underlying shares to be held in the employee shareholding plan does not exceed 1,242,200 shares, accounting for about 0.97% of the company's total share capital of 128.0 million shares on the day the draft employee shareholding plan was announced.

The price of the employee's shareholding plan to buy back shares is 8.05 yuan/share. The maximum amount of capital to be raised in the employee stock ownership plan is 999.97.1 million yuan. Using “shares” as the subscription unit, each share is 1.00 yuan.

The scope of participants in this employee shareholding plan is the company (including subsidiaries) supervisors and core employees (hereinafter referred to as “holders”). The total number of participants is no more than 12. The specific number and list of participants will be determined based on the actual payment status of the employees.

The employee's shareholding plan lasts no more than 24 months, and the target shares are locked in for 12 months, all calculated from the date the employee's draft shareholding plan was reviewed and approved by the company's shareholders' meeting and the company announced the last transfer of the underlying stock to the employee's shareholding plan.
