After this share transfer, Xuchang Industrial Investment will hold 135,000,000 shares of the company, accounting for 9.36% of the company's total share capital; in addition, Xuchang Financial Investment Development and Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xuchang Financial Investment”) will hold 98,280,298 shares of the company, accounting for 6.81% of the company's total share capital; Xuchang Investment and Xuchang Investment's controlling shareholders are all Xuchang Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xuchang Investment”). Xuchang Investment will indirectly hold 233,280,298 shares of the company's total share capital, accounting for 16.18% of the company's total share capital; Xuchang Investment Municipal Finance Bureau A subsidiary wholly owned state-owned company. The controlling shareholder of the company will be changed to Xuchang Industrial Investment, and the actual controller will be changed to Xuchang Finance Bureau.

The registration procedure for the transfer of shares under the above agreement has been completed, and the “Transfer Registration Confirmation” issued by China Securities Registration and Settlement Co., Ltd. was obtained on January 16, 2024. The transfer date is January 15, 2024. Xuchang Industrial Investment changed to the company's controlling shareholder, and the Xuchang Municipal Finance Bureau changed to the actual controller.
