On January 16, GLONGHUI (01985.HK) issued an announcement. On January 10, 2024, it decided to adopt the share award plan, which will take effect from the effective date (i.e. January 16, 2024).

From time to time, the Board of Directors may arrange for payment of trustee payments in company funds to purchase shares in the market, thereby paying rewards granted by the Board to selected participants in accordance with the rules of the scheme. A share award scheme has been adopted, and only existing shares will be disbursed.
