Gelonghui, January 16, 丨 Maple Leaf Education (01317.HK) announced that the board of directors has passed a resolution approving the following changes (as appropriate): (1) Zhang Jingxia will resign as the company's executive director and co-chief financial officer; (2) Zhang Jingxia will be appointed as an advisor to the board of directors; (3) Liu Jinbai will be transferred from an independent non-executive director to an executive director.
