According to Zhitong Finance App, Zhaori Technology (300333.SZ) announced that Zhaori Investment Co., Ltd. (“Zhaori Investment”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. Zhaori Investment invested in Yun Qi Partners I L.P. (“Yunqi Fund”) in 2014, with a shareholding ratio of 6.12%. Recently, Zhaori Investment received a dividend of US$748,300 from Yunqi Fund. According to relevant accounting standards, Zhaori Investment recognized the above dividends as investment income. The above matters are expected to increase net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies in the consolidated statements.
