Nestcon Berhad's subsidiary, Nestcon Builders Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM108 million construction contract from Exsim Avenue Sdn Bhd.

The project involves the construction and completion of a 37-storey mixed commercial development, including earthworks, piling works, main building works, and infrastructure works.

The construction project is set to commence on January 15, 2024, and is scheduled for overall completion within 39 months, with a target completion date of April 14, 2027, or any extended date specified by contract conditions.

Nestcon expects positive financial impacts throughout the contract duration, and its board of directors expresses confidence that this venture aligns with the company's ordinary course of business and is in its best interest.
