Gelonghui, January 11 | Yonggui Electric (300351.SZ) announced that recently, CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. (“CRRC Zhuji”) signed two material procurement contracts with Zhejiang Yonggui Electric Co., Ltd. (“Company” or “Yonggui Electric”); Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd. (“CRRC Era Electric”) and Beijing Yongliye Technology Co., Ltd. (“Beijing Yonglie” for short) signed a material procurement contract with a total contract amount of 43.8504 million yuan (tax included).

The holding subsidiary of the company, Shenyang Bode Transportation Equipment Co., Ltd. (“Shenyang Bode”) recently received the winning bid notice from Shenyang CRRC Rail Transit Equipment Co., Ltd. (“Shenyang CRRC”), with a bid amount of 16.125,600 yuan (tax included); the holding subsidiary Beijing Yonglie recently received the winning bid notice from CRRC Times Electric, with a bid amount of 12.271,300 yuan (tax included); the total amount of the above winning notice was 28.3969 million yuan (tax included).
