The company and relevant personnel received a decision on administrative supervision measures issued by the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau on January 10, 2024. According to reports, during on-site inspections, the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau discovered that the company had the following problems:

(1) Information disclosure obligations were not fulfilled in a timely manner on capital utilization matters; (2) bad debt preparation and accrual of accounts receivable were inaccurate; (3) revenue confirmation methods for some main businesses were inappropriate; (4) some information disclosure in the 2022 annual report was inaccurate; (5) the original controlling shareholder's share pledge information was inaccurate.

The Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take administrative supervision measures to order revisions to the new Asian process, and took separate supervisory and administrative measures to issue warning letters against Wang Weihua, Chen Duojia, Wu Na, Xu Leiyu, Hu Dafu, and Hu Dan, and included them in the securities and futures market integrity file.
