Gelonghui, January 10 丨 Jiahua Energy (600273.SH) announced that Zhejiang Zhapu Meifu Terminal Storage Co., Ltd. (“Meifu Wharf”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, recently received the “High-tech Enterprise Certificate” jointly issued by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Finance, and the Zhejiang Provincial Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation. Meifu Terminal was recognized as a high-tech enterprise for the first time.

After this certification, the company's parent company and four companies within the scope of the consolidated statement obtained high-tech enterprise certificates, namely: Zhejiang Jiahua Energy & Chemical Co., Ltd. (valid period: 2022 to 2024), Zhejiang Jiahua New Materials Co., Ltd. (validity period: 2022 to 2024), Zhejiang Jiafu New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (validity period: 2023 to 2025), and Zhejiang Zhapu Meifu Terminal Storage Co., Ltd. (valid period: 2023 to 2025).
