SMTrack Bhd's unit has terminated a project management consultation, estimated to be worth RM80 million, with Menara Rezeki Properties Sdn Bhd (MRPSB).
It told the stock exchange yesterday (Jan 5) that both parties had mutually agreed to terminate the agreement due to their inability to obtain or fulfil the conditions precedent pursuant to the agreement.
On June 23, 2022, SMTrack's wholly-owned subsidiary SMT Turbojet Resources Sdn Bhd entered into an agreement with MRPSB, a subsidiary of Menara Rezeki Sdn Bhd.
