(603098.SH) announced that the company plans to terminate the construction of an automated composite sound-absorbing barrier board production line in the “New Material Production Base Construction Project”, complete the project, and permanently supplement the remaining capital raised. In addition to the delay in the construction of the automated production line for composite sound insulation and sound barrier panels, the main construction investment of the project has been completed and put into use. It reached the scheduled state of use in December 2017, and the project has achieved the expected benefits since 2018. At the same time, up to December 22, 2023, the remaining raised capital of 51.22,400 yuan (the actual amount is based on the balance after bank settlement on the day of transfer) will be permanently replenished, and the corresponding special fund raising account will be cancelled.

The “New Material Production Base Construction Project” mainly includes the construction of three types of production lines, namely: ① automated production line for metal composite curtain wall panels; ② automated production line for composite sound insulation and sound barrier panels; ③ various metal roof forming units.
