The decision states that from April 23, 2021 to April 22, 2022, the total amount of litigation and arbitration involving the company and its subsidiaries was about RMB 51.196 million for 12 consecutive months, and the “Notice Concerning the Company's Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration Situation” was not disclosed until June 20.
