According to the news, Dingfeng Group Auto announced that in relation to the company's winding-up petition and the company's application for proposed debt restructuring, the High Court ordered that the proposed debt arrangement be adjourned until April 26 this year for an indicative hearing; and the hearing to approve the proposed debt arrangement is scheduled for June 6.

The company also plans to apply to adjourn the hearing on January 22 in front of a judge in the High Court dedicated to handling the company's case, pending a hearing ruling on the proposed debt arrangement. At the same time, the company is preparing an announcement relating to the proposed restructuring, and plans to publish the relevant notice as soon as practicable.
