Gelonghui, January 8 | Yingfeng Environmental (000967.SZ) announced that the company plans to transfer 100% of the shares of its wholly-owned subsidiary Foshan Shunhe Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (“Target Company”, “Shunhe Environmental Protection”) to Guangdong Shunkong Development Co., Ltd. (“Shunkong Development” for short). According to the asset evaluation report issued by the Shenzhen Junrui Asset Appraisal Institute (Special General Partnership), as of September 30, 2023, as of the evaluation reference date, the total equity valuation of the simulated shareholders' equity of the target company was 436 million yuan (an increase of 18.634.41 million yuan over the simulated book owner's equity, with a value-added rate of 74.53%). The target company decided to pay a dividend of 170.6 million yuan to shareholders after the evaluation reference date. The total equity ratio for this transaction was 259.66 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company no longer holds shares in Shunhe Environmental Protection. This share transfer will result in a change in the scope of the company's consolidated statements.
