Gelonghui, January 5 | Baoji Health (01246.HK) announced that Mr. Wu Jianming has resigned as (i) company secretary and (ii) authorized representative of the Company.

After Mr. Ng's resignation, Ms. Chan Sze Ting was appointed as company secretary, authorized representative, and corporate legal proceeding agent representing the company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws, to receive legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong, effective January 5, 2024.
