Gelonghui, January 5, 丨 Landsea Green Management (00106.HK) announced that for the 12 months ended December 31, 2023, the total contracted sales of the Group's equity projects and development and construction service projects was approximately RMB 18.413 billion; the contracted construction area was about 963,820 square meters, down 15.5% from the same period last year, mainly due to the fact that the Chinese real estate market is still undergoing a period of deep adjustment.

The Group continues to be committed to lightweight asset management. From January to December 2023, the total contracted construction area for the Group's development and construction service projects accounted for 81.0% of projects in China, an increase of 2.5 percentage points over the same period last year. In the future, the Group will continue to operate steadily to provide high-quality green products and green development services to the market.
