证券时报e公司讯，奥特维(688516)1月3日晚间公告，公司与天合光能股份有限公司（简称“天合光能”）签订采购合同，向该公司销售划焊一体机设备约0.97亿元（含税）；公司全资子公司无锡奥特维供应链管理有限公司向天合光能全资子公司美国天合签订采购合同，向该公司销售划焊一体机设备约1.13亿元（含税）。此次公司及全资子公司合计签署合同金额约2.1亿元（含税）。合同将对公司2024年经营业绩产生积极影响。
