Gelonghui August 16 丨Jerry shares(002353.SZ) announced that on December 10 and December 12, 2018, the company successively disclosed the “Notice on Signing a Settlement Agreement with OFAC” and the “Notice on Signing a Settlement Agreement with BIS”. The company reached a settlement with the US Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) and the US Department of Commerce's Industrial Safety Administration (“BIS”) on the BIS to add the company and its subsidiary Jerry International (Hong Kong) Limited (“Jerry International”) to the entity list to implement export control measures.

According to the federal chronicle released by the US government on August 14, 2019 (US time), BIS officially removed the company and Jerry International from the entity list on the date of publication. After the removal, the company and Jerry International are no longer restricted by the entity list and can normally purchase and use US products in accordance with relevant laws.
