(“Tailin Life Science”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Lu Zuhong and Sun Beili, the original shareholders of Jiangsu Hongzhong Baide Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (“Hongzhong Baide”), signed the “2023 Equity Investment Agreement for Jiangsu Hongzhong Baide Biotechnology Co., Ltd.”

The agreement stipulates that Tailin Life Science will invest 10 million yuan to participate in Hongzhong Baide, of which 2.5 million yuan will be used to subscribe for Hongzhong Baide's additional registered capital of 2.5 million yuan, accounting for 20% of Hongzhong Baide's registered capital of 12.5 million yuan after this capital increase, and the remaining 7.5 million yuan will be invested in Hongzhong Baide's capital reserve for Hongzhong Baide's production and operation.

It is reported that this investment will help cultivate new business growth points for Tailin Life Science and expand the influence of Tailin Life Science and the company.
