Baishanyun Holdings submitted a listing application on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The co-sponsors are CICC and Haitong International.
According to the Insight Consultation Report, in terms of total revenue in 2022, Baishan Cloud Holdings is the second-largest independent edge cloud service provider in China and has strong global expansion capabilities; in terms of 2022 overseas revenue, Baishan Cloud Holdings is also the fastest growing independent edge cloud service provider in China with mature overseas business. As of June 30, 2023, Baishan Cloud Holdings has deployed more than 1,700 global edge nodes in more than 300 cities in more than 50 countries and regions, with a network bandwidth of more than 80 Tbps.
The company has maintained a steady increase in revenue scale and increased profitability in recent years. For 2020, 2021, 2022, and the six months ended 2022 and June 30, 2023, the company's revenue was RMB1,803 billion (RMB2,663 billion), RMB2,132.5 billion, RMB1,04.8 billion and RMB1,084.2 billion, respectively. Among them, overseas business revenue increased dramatically, and its contribution increased from 7.9% in 2020 to 26.2% in the six months ended June 30, 2023. In 2020, 2021, 2022, and the six months ended June 30, 2022, and 2022, the company's gross profit was $778 million, $168.5 million, $193.1 million, $193.1 million, $24.4 million and $137.9 million respectively. Gross profit margins continued to rise by 4.3%, 7.4%, 9.1%, 2.4% and 12.7% respectively during the same period.
