Zhitong Finance App News, Miki Group (000632.SZ) announced that the company recently received the administrative supervision measures decision “Decision on Issuing Warning Letter Measures against Fujian Miki Group Co., Ltd. and related responsible personnel ([2023] No. 122)” issued by the Fujian Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The content of the announcement is as follows:

“After investigation, our bureau discovered that Fujian Sanmu Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Miki Group or Company) had the following problems: (1) some foreign trade business revenue did not fully meet the requirements of the Total Amount Act; (2) some real estate development projects had early revenue recognition; (3) some leased inventory and fixed assets were not converted into investment real estate accounting; (4) Some operating leasing business revenue was not confirmed according to the accrual system; (5) The disclosure of external guarantee information was incomplete. Miki Group's then-chairman Lu Shaohui and Lin Yu, executive president Wang Feng, and financial director Lin Tingxiang violated the provisions of section 3 of the “Administrative Measures (2007)” and section 4 of the “Administrative Measures (2021)” and are mainly responsible for the above issues. According to the provisions of Article 59 of the Administrative Measures (2007) and Article 52 of the Administrative Measures (2021), our bureau decided to take supervisory and administrative measures to issue warning letters against Miki Group, Lu Shaohui, Lin Yu, Wang Feng, and Lin Tingxiang, and record them in the securities and futures market integrity file database. The Miki Group and the above personnel shall step up their study of relevant laws and regulations, earnestly carry out their statutory duties, improve the quality of information disclosure, and submit a written rectification report to our bureau within 30 days after receiving this decision.
