A contract dispute between the company and defendants Yang Chao, Lei Jian, Chen Zhaobin, Lu Wuying, Jiang Yong, and Mao Zhicai (“Six Defendants” for short) has been filed. The amount involved is 142 million yuan.

According to reports, in December 2015, the company and the six defendants signed the “Agreement on Issuance of Shares and Payment of Assets in Cash” and its supplementary agreement (“Purchase Agreement”). According to the agreement, the six defendants shall, after the performance compensation period expires, have lawsuits against Beijing Changyuan Guoxun Technology Co., Ltd. (“Changyuan Guoxun”) due to existing facts during the performance compensation period, any debts, contingent liabilities, taxes payable, administrative penalties, breach of contract liability, tort liability and other liabilities or losses, which are not reflected in the financial statements of the six defendants at the end of Changyuan Guoxun's performance compensation period.
