Zhitong Finance App News, Century Jinhua (00162) announced that Yu Lianghui has resigned as the company secretary and no longer acts as an authorized representative of the company under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules and authorized representative to represent the company in receiving legal process documents or notices in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws); and Chen Yuen-ying has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative, all with effect from January 1, 2024.
