Glonghui, December 29 | Lisi Group Holdings (00526.HK) announced that Pang Yuen-shan has resigned from the position of company secretary due to personal reasons and is no longer an authorized representative of the company under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules, as well as an authorized representative of a company that accepts any legal process documents or notices delivered in Hong Kong as required by Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong, which will take effect from December 31, 2023. Pan Jinwei, the company's co-secretary, continued his role and duties as the company's company secretary. The Board of Directors also wishes to announce that Pan Jinwei has been appointed as the company's authorized representative with effect from December 31, 2023. Pan complies with the requirements of section 3.28 and section 8.17 of the listing rules.
